What is SMS verification?
It confirms a user by sending a one-time password (OTP) over SMS. Signups, logins and password resets all use it.
Can I verify without my personal number?
Yes. Temporary and rented numbers receive the code for you. Availability varies by app and country, which is why every card shows its own price and delivery rate.
What does the delivery rate mean?
It is the share of recent orders on that route where a code actually arrived, measured from our own delivery records over the last 30 days (15 Jul 2026 - 9 Aug 2026). A dash means there is not enough recent data to state a figure — we would rather show nothing than an estimate.
What if the code does not arrive?
Wait out the app’s resend cooldown rather than retrying immediately, and check the number format. If the route still fails, switch country — delivery varies a lot between them.
Are free numbers safe for sensitive accounts?
No. Free inboxes are shared and anyone can read them. Use them to test the service; use a private or rented number for anything you care about.
Can I receive several codes on one number?
Rent it. Rentals are built for repeat access during the window. One-time numbers are released after the first code.
Will every platform accept the number?
No provider can promise that, and we will not either. If one route is refused, another country or option often works.
Do I need a SIM card?
No. Codes arrive in your PVAPins inbox over the internet.
