Yes. PVAPins provides private, non-VoIP numbers sourced from real cellular carriers. Non-VoIP routes accept SMS from a wider range of senders than VoIP numbers do, which is why code delivery is more reliable on them.
If you do not receive your SMS code within the timer period, simply cancel the activation. PVAPins follows a "No-Code, No-Pay" policy, meaning your balance is only deducted once a verification code is successfully delivered to your dashboard.
Yes. A standard activation is single-use: the number receives one verification code for one service, then retires. If you need a repeat code for the same service on an account you already control - a re-login OTP, for example - you can re-request a code on that same number, or take a Long-Term Rental that keeps one number assigned to you for a week or a month. Numbers must not be used to register or operate multiple accounts on a service whose terms do not allow it.
