The exact rule
What earns commission
Commission is triggered by a balance top-up, not by an order. This matters: a referred customer who tops up once and then places fifty orders with that credit generates commission once, when the money enters their balance.
- Trigger
- A balance top-up made by a customer you referred. Orders, rentals and API usage do not trigger commission separately — they are paid for out of a balance that was already commissioned when it was funded.
- Rate
- 5% of the amount paid. A $100.00 top-up earns you $5.00.
- Basis
- The paid price only. Where a top-up carries a promotional bonus, the bonus credit is excluded from the commission base — you earn on what the customer actually paid, not on what landed in their balance.
- Duration
- Lifetime. Every top-up that customer ever makes, not only their first. There is no expiry on the relationship once it is bound, and no cap on how many customers you refer.
- Counted once
- Each top-up pays commission exactly once. If a payment is re-processed or re-credited for any operational reason, it does not pay a second time.
- Self-referral
- Does not earn. A top-up made by the same account that owns the link is rejected for commission before it is written.
- Programme status
- New commission accrual can be paused at short notice if the programme is suspended. Commission you have already earned stays yours and remains withdrawable.

This is an illustration, not a projection or a promise of earnings. Real commission depends entirely on how many people you refer and how much they choose to top up. Some referred accounts never top up at all, and those earn nothing.

Two ways to take your commission out
They are separate routes with separate minimums. The low minimum is the one most affiliates use, and it is the one the old version of this page never mentioned.
Cash out to your PVAPins balance

An open support ticket blocks payout requests. If you have a ticket that has not been closed, a payout request will be refused until it is resolved. This catches people out, so check your tickets first — it is not a problem with your balance.
A wrong wallet address or the wrong network cannot be reversed once a payout has been sent. Check both before you submit the request.

If you are going to spend time or money sending traffic, you need to know exactly when a referral counts as yours.
Your link
Every account has one. It is the PVAPins home page with your referral id on it:

Copy it from your affiliate dashboard rather than typing it — the id has to
match your account exactly, and the ?ref= query has to survive
whatever you paste it into.
When a referral becomes yours
- First touch. The first referral link a visitor arrives on is the one that counts. A later link does not overwrite it.
- It binds at signup. The link on its own earns nothing — attribution is fixed at the moment the visitor creates their account.
- Then it is permanent. Once bound, that customer is yours for the life of the account. It is not re-decided at each top-up.
- Your own account is excluded. A top-up on the account that owns the link earns nothing, whatever route it arrived by.
- Click window. A visitor who does not sign up straight away stays attributed to you for 90 days.
Attribution rides on the visitor's own browser, so anything that discards it
— a signup started in a different browser, a private window closed in between,
a link that lost its ?ref= when it was shortened or re-shared — will
lose the referral. Link directly and let people arrive on the link itself.
Using our brand
Promotional assets and brand use
You are promoting PVAPins as an independent affiliate. The line that matters is that your audience must always be able to tell the difference.
What you may do
- Use the PVAPins name to describe and link to the service.
- Use the PVAPins logo unaltered, at legible size, linking to pvapins.com.
- Describe features, coverage and pricing accurately, as published.
- Say plainly that you earn a commission — disclosure is good practice and is required by advertising rules in many countries.
What you may not do
- Present yourself as PVAPins, as an employee, or as an official or exclusive representative.
- Recolour, redraw, crop or combine the logo with your own marks.
- Register domains, social handles, app names or business names containing "PVAPins" or a near-miss spelling of it.
- Run support, take payments, or make guarantees on our behalf.

The rules
Programme terms
These sit alongside the PVAPins terms of service, which apply to your account in the ordinary way. Where the two disagree, the terms of service govern.
Eligibility
- Any registered PVAPins account in good standing may take part. There is no separate application.
- One affiliate account per person or business. Additional accounts created to multiply commission are not eligible.
- You are responsible for any tax reporting or withholding that applies to you in your own country. PVAPins does not withhold on your behalf.
- An account that is suspended or closed forfeits access to the programme, including any unpaid commission accrued through prohibited activity.
Prohibited promotion
- No self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own second account, or an account you control.
- No brand bidding or trademark abuse. No paid search on "PVAPins" or variants, no lookalike domains, no ad copy or landing pages that imply you are PVAPins.
- No spam. No unsolicited email or SMS, no comment or forum spam, no automated posting, no messaging people who did not ask.
- No incentivised or fabricated signups. No paying, bribing or bot-generating registrations; no cookie stuffing; no forced clicks or hidden redirects.
- No false claims. Do not invent success rates, prices, guarantees or endorsements, and do not promote unlawful use of the service.
Reversals and clawbacks
- Commission follows the money. A top-up that is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent has its commission reversed.
- Commission already paid out on a reversed top-up may be recovered from your future earnings or from your PVAPins balance.
- Commission arising from prohibited promotion is void, whether or not it has already been paid, and may be reclaimed.
- We may hold a payout request while a referred payment is under review.
Changes, suspension and disputes
- PVAPins may change the commission rate, the payout minimums or these terms, and will publish the change on this page.
- The programme carries a kill switch: new commission accrual can be paused without notice. Commission already earned stays yours and remains withdrawable.
- We may remove an affiliate from the programme for breach of these terms, or where promotion is damaging the brand.
- Raise a dispute over a commission or a payout by e-mail to info@pvapins.com or through the support channels below, quoting the referred account and the date. Note that a support ticket left open will itself block your next payout request.

Yes. Cashing out to your PVAPins balance moves the money into the same balance you buy numbers with, so earnings can be spent on any service on the platform. That route has the lower $5.00 minimum.
The three usual reasons are: your available commission is below the minimum for the route you chose; you have an open support ticket, which blocks payout requests until it is resolved; or a request you already submitted is still pending review.
No. Self-referral is blocked in code — a top-up made by the same account that owns the referral link pays no commission. Attempting it is also a breach of these terms.
